Tackling wicked problems

We help organisations tackle wicked problems. We harness and tap in to the organisation's collective intelligence - often hidden in the informal networks. We do this by:

• Mapping current reality in powerful pictures
• Helping people to make sense of and engage with that reality (which often involves giving up the illusion of control)
• Making space for different voices and perspectives
• Creating a shared sense of what needs to happen and, if necessary, tackling denial
• Creating an environment where people take positive action on wicked problems in line with organisational goals
